Tracking and commissions built in
Refund-aware
One source of truth with your payments
The affiliate program problem
Commission
Say you set a 20% commission. A sale closes. Two weeks later you lower the rate to 15% on that product. Most affiliate tools now show the old sale at 15% too. The math is wrong, the affiliate is confused, and the trust breaks.
Reverse
The same thing happens in reverse. You raise a rate, and past affiliates demand the new one for old sales. A buyer refunds, but the commission stays paid out. A chargeback claws a commission back, then you win the dispute, but the commission never comes back.
bolted
This happens because most affiliate tools are bolted onto your payment system as an afterthought. They run on old snapshots, manual fixes, and "trust us, we will sort it out."

From referral to paid commission
The details are locked in at the moment of sale, so changing a rate or an affiliate later never changes past commissions.
What makes this engine different
01 – It never rewrites history
What was true at sale time stays true. The rate, the credit, and the affiliate setup are saved into the commission record the moment the sale closes. Change the rate next month and the old commission stays accurate. Swap the affiliate's setup and past commissions stay correct.
02 – It only pays on money that actually settled
A refund triggers a reversal. A chargeback triggers a reversal. A dispute you win restores the commission. The balance always reflects money that truly landed, not money that almost did, with no manual reconciliation from you.
03 – It never lets two affiliates fight over one sale
Each sale produces exactly one credit decision, using clear rules that run the same way every time. No black-box "we figured it out" math, no two partners claiming the same conversion.
Attribution, made simple
The details are locked in at the moment of sale, so changing a rate or an affiliate later never changes past commissions.
checked first
Phone Offer link
If the sale came from a Phone Offer link, that link gets the credit. The link is one-time-use and tied to the buyer's email, so there is no question about who closed the deal.
checked second
First-click cookie
If there is no Phone Offer, credit goes to the affiliate who first sent the buyer to you, even if the buyer came back later through another channel.
checked third
Promo code at checkout
If there is no cookie and no Phone Offer, an affiliate's promo code entered at checkout decides the credit.
No match
If none of the above apply, the sale is logged as unattributed. No commission is created, and the sale still completes normally.
