- Some of our product descriptions or Terms & Conditions created before 01/05/2025 may not be fully optimized in terms of structure and reading order.
- Reasoning: Manually reworking the large volume of existing documents requires significant effort.
- Planned measure: We will progressively revise all relevant documents and re-publish them in an accessible format. New documents are always created to be accessible.
- Videos without full captions or audio description: Some of our marketing or explainer videos may not yet have full captions or audio descriptions. Planned measure: We will progressively add captions and audio descriptions to existing videos.
- Certain interactive elements or forms: Some more complex filter or search functions, or certain form fields, may not yet be optimal for screen readers or keyboard navigation. Planned measure: We are working to optimize the accessibility of these elements.

This statement was created on June 13, 2025 and updated on April 16, 2026 to reflect Cope Global LLC. It is based on a self-assessment and external review of our website, as well as regular internal reviews.
