Six platforms that let coaches sell, deliver a course, run a community and get paid in one place. 2026 pricing, honest cons and a six-point checklist.

The 6 best all-in-one platforms for coaches in 2026
Updated September 2026
The best all-in-one platform for a coach depends on revenue stage and on whether community has to live inside the course. COPE runs checkout, course, community and invoicing with no monthly fee (3.6% + $1 per sale). Kajabi is the marketing-automation heavyweight from $179 a month. Thinkific is course-first with 0% fees from $54. Teachable is polished but takes 7.5% on its entry plan. Skool is community-first at $9 or $99. Whop is free to start at about 3% per sale.
Most coaches arrive here paying for four or five tools that don't know they share a customer. This guide ranks the six platforms coaches actually compare in 2026, scores each against one six-point checklist, and says plainly who each one is for.
Here are the 6 platforms, ranked:
COPE, best for growing beyond the first sale without a monthly fee
Kajabi, best for marketing-heavy course businesses with a list to work
Thinkific, best for course-first coaches who want 0% fees
Teachable, best for a polished course and sales pages at low entry cost
Skool, best for community-first programs
Whop, best for a free start with a marketplace

Prices are monthly billing from each platform's pricing page, September 2026. Card processing (about 2.9% + $0.30) comes on top everywhere except Skool Pro, which includes it.
How we judged "all-in-one"
We checked six things on every platform: course delivery, community inside the same login, checkout with installment options, automatic invoicing with tax handled, an affiliate program, and customer emails. A platform is all-in-one when a buyer becomes a course student, community member and email contact in one step, without you wiring anything.
Prices are monthly billing as of September 2026, from each platform's pricing page. Card processing (roughly 2.9% + $0.30) comes on top everywhere unless a platform bundles it.
All-in-one means the buyer becomes one record, not three.
1. COPE, best for growing beyond the first sale without a monthly fee

Who it fits: coaches and consultants selling courses, programs and community access who want one customer record across checkout, course, community and email, and who don't want to pay a subscription before they've sold anything.
Here's what happens on COPE when someone buys. Your client lands on a checkout in her own language (nine are supported), picks a payment method, including splitting the payment over several months, and pays. In that moment the invoice is generated with the right tax for her country and sent to her, she's enrolled in your course, and she's inside your community. One step, one record. You set the product up once.
Two things stand out for coaches specifically:
1 - Phone offers: you set the price while you're on the call, send a payment link, and the client pays before you hang up.
2 - And invoicing: the invoice writes itself in seven languages, with a VAT ID check for business buyers, so selling to a client in Austria or Spain doesn't turn into a spreadsheet job.
The rest of the checklist is there too. Community with feed, chat and leaderboards is included with every account. Customer emails (receipts, reminders, renewals) go out automatically.
The affiliate program tracks every sale and pays out, with commissions frozen at sale time and reversed on refunds, so the books always match.
Every cent is tracked, with a clear split between what's available and what's on hold. Payouts come on a rhythm you choose, with a full breakdown. If you build, there are webhooks, a checkout SDK and a public API.
Pricing: $0 a month, 3.6% + $1 per sale, no tiers. You pay when you sell, nothing in a month without sales.
Where it falls short: COPE doesn't come with an affiliate marketplace. You recruit your own affiliates, and COPE tracks and pays them. Prices can be set in USD and EUR today (more currencies are on the way tho).
Checklist: 6 of 6.
If you're switching from another platform, migration is usually done in two days. Set up your first product and take a payment today
2. Kajabi, best for marketing-heavy course businesses with a list to work

Who it fits: established creators who will use funnels, email automation and several products, and who have the revenue to justify a fixed cost.
Kajabi is the most complete marketing stack on this list. Funnels, landing pages, unlimited marketing emails, automations, courses, community and coaching tools live in one place, and the email side is where it earns its price. If your business runs on launches and nurture sequences, nothing else here comes close.
The price moved in January 2026. Kajabi raised plans 20 to 25 percent, removed the $89 Kickstarter tier, and cut the Basic plan's contact limit from 10,000 to 2,500. Existing customers weren't grandfathered. Basic is now $179 a month ($143 annual), Growth $249 ($199), Pro $499 ($399). With Kajabi Payments there's no platform fee on sales; if you keep your own Stripe account, Kajabi adds 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth, 0.5% on Pro.
Where it falls short: the entry price is the highest here, the contact cap on Basic is tight, and once your courses, contacts and automations live in Kajabi, leaving is a project.
Checklist: 6 of 6, at $179 a month and up.
3. Thinkific, best for course-first coaches who want 0% fees

Who it fits: coaches whose product is the course itself, who want a strong builder, quizzes and certificates, and who don't want a percentage taken from any sale.
Thinkific charges no platform fee on any paid plan. Basic is $54 a month ($40 annual), Start $109, Grow $219, after a list-price increase of about 10 percent on August 13, 2026. The free plan is gone, replaced by a 30-day trial. The course builder and assessment tools are among the best here, and there's a growing set of add-ons.
Where it falls short: community exists but sits beside the course rather than inside it, email marketing is external, and affiliates come with higher plans. You'll still connect a few tools.
Checklist: 3 to 4 of 6, depending on plan.
4. Teachable, best for a polished course and sales pages at low entry cost

Who it fits: coaches who want a mature course builder, good sales pages and order bumps, and who are fine paying a percentage while revenue is small.
Teachable's Starter plan is $39 a month ($29 annual) with a 7.5% fee on every sale. Builder is $89 ($69) with no fee, Growth $189 ($139). Student caps apply on lower plans until you pass $10,000 a year in sales. One thing Teachable does that most course platforms don't: it handles sales tax for you.
Where it falls short: the 7.5% on Starter bites early, community feels added on rather than built in, and post-purchase upsells need external tools.
Checklist: 4 of 6.
5. Skool, best for community-first programs

Who it fits: coaches whose program is the community, with the course content living inside the social feed.
Skool puts community at the center and adds gamification (levels, leaderboards, unlockable modules) that gets members logging in daily. Hobby is $9 a month plus 10% per sale. Pro is $99 a month plus 2.9%, and that 2.9% includes card processing. If you're earning, Pro is the plan to be on.
Where it falls short: the course builder is light. No quizzes, certificates, drip scheduling or built-in email, and one community per subscription.
Checklist: 3 of 6.
6. Whop, best for a free start with a marketplace

Who it fits: coaches who want to start selling this week with no fixed cost, and who like the idea of being discoverable in a marketplace.
Whop charges nothing monthly and about 3% per sale, handles payments and tax, and supports almost any product type from memberships to 1:1 calls. The marketplace is a real distribution channel for some niches.
Where it falls short: course delivery is less structured than a dedicated builder, your brand lives inside Whop rather than on your own checkout, and it's built around the US market. Whop is the closest pricing model to COPE on this list. The difference isn't the percentage, it's who owns the checkout, how invoicing works across countries, and whether you can close on the phone.
Checklist: 4 of 6.
What an all-in-one platform has to include
An all-in-one platform for a coach has to do four things in one login: take the payment, deliver the course, hold the community and keep the customer as one record. Everything else is optional. Here's what each point on our checklist looks like in practice, and why it matters more than the feature count on a pricing page.
Checkout with payment options. Card, installments, and for high-ticket programs, a way to close on the phone. If the checkout is a separate tool, every sale starts as a data-entry task.
Course delivery with instant access. The buyer should be inside the course the moment the payment lands. No manual enrollment, no "you'll get an email within 24 hours."
Community inside the same login. Beside the course is not the same as inside it. If members need a second account or a Discord invite, half of them never show up.
Invoicing with tax handled. The invoice should generate itself with the right tax for the buyer's country. This is the point most course platforms skip, and the one that costs coaches the most time.
Affiliates. Other people selling your program, with commissions that track every sale and reverse on refunds.
Customer emails. Receipts, reminders and renewals sent automatically. Broadcast newsletters are a different job, and often better done by a specialist tool.

How many tools does a coaching business actually need?
Six functions, not six tools: checkout, course delivery, community, email, scheduling, and affiliates. Two of them are often better as specialists. A scheduler like Calendly does one thing well, and if you send a weekly newsletter to thousands of people, a dedicated email tool will beat any platform's built-in sender.
The other four belong in one system, because of what happens between the tools. When your checkout, your course and your community are three products, the person who bought is three records. You can't see that your best community member never finished module two, or that the client who churned had bought twice before. Retention becomes guesswork.
That's the test we'd apply to any platform, including ours: after a purchase, is the buyer one record or three?
Your checkout, your course and your community should know they're talking to the same person.
How to choose the right all-in-one platform
Five questions, answered honestly, get you to the right pick:
Does community live inside the course or beside it? Inside: COPE, Kajabi, Skool. Beside: Thinkific, Teachable.
Do you want a monthly fee or a fee per sale? No monthly fee, pay when you sell: COPE or Whop. Flat subscription with no platform fee: Kajabi or Thinkific.
Do you sell by phone or with payment plans? COPE's phone offers and installment options are built for high-ticket calls. Most others handle payment plans, few handle the call itself.
Do you sell across borders? COPE (nine checkout languages, invoices in seven with VAT ID check) and Teachable (handles sales tax) do the most here.
Do you need recurring memberships today? Kajabi, Skool and Whop. Not COPE.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best all-in-one platform for coaches to sell, deliver and get paid? It depends on stage. COPE for coaches who want checkout, course, community and invoicing in one place with no monthly fee. Kajabi for marketing automation and email at scale. Skool for programs where the community is the product.
What platform lets me sell courses, run a community and take payments without stitching together five different tools? COPE and Kajabi cover all four in one login. Skool covers community and payments with a light course layer. Thinkific and Teachable cover the course and checkout, with community sitting beside the course and email external.
How many separate tools do I need to run an online course business? Six functions: checkout, course, community, email, scheduling, affiliates. Four of them (checkout, course, community, affiliates) should live in one system so the buyer stays one record. Scheduling and broadcast email are fine as specialists.
Is it cheaper to use one all-in-one creator platform or separate checkout, course and community tools? Usually yes, once you count every tool you'd replace: checkout, course host, community app, email and affiliate tracking each carry their own fee. The bigger saving is time: one login, one invoice and one customer record instead of five tools that don't talk to each other.
Which creator platform has no monthly fee and only charges per transaction? COPE ($0 a month, 3.6% + $1 per sale) and Whop ($0 a month, about 3% per sale). The difference is who owns the checkout, how invoicing works across countries, and phone offers, all of which COPE handles.
What does Kajabi cost in 2026? Basic $179 a month ($143 annual), Growth $249 ($199), Pro $499 ($399). Prices rose 20 to 25 percent in January 2026, the Kickstarter plan was removed and Basic's contact limit dropped to 2,500.
Does Teachable still charge a 7.5% transaction fee? Yes, on the Starter plan ($39 a month). Builder ($89) and Growth ($189) have no platform fee.
Can I move my course business to a new platform without losing customers? Yes, if the new platform imports your products and customers and your old links redirect. On COPE, migration is usually done in two days. If you're moving a high-ticket program, book a call and we'll walk through it
